"Just tell yourself, "IIIIII.. I'LL BE OKKK!!!"

hey. first time posting here i must admit. been on my bookmarks since last year. anyway, everyone must be mugging really hard haha consderinghow everyone rushes home after school (me included). anyway, if you need to lighten up, got a few suggestions!
1) check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaFm47lsL2g&feature=Views&page=1&t=a&f=b
i nearly laughed till my pants dropped off andmy throat collapsed on itself and i swalowed my tongue. ok not that bad. but youll get what i mean. =D even for non-soccer fans, a good watch
2) listen to mcfly!! no hanyin don't roll your eyes. they're great!! and not only that, they're melodic and good anti-depressant. listen to "I'll be Ok" and sing it to yourself and go "AND IIIII'LL be OK!!!!" woo! works like a charm
3) check out wierd people's blog and laugh at them. a bit bo liao, but well...

Ok i ran outta ideas. see how people respond to this before i post moreh. =) have fun guys. love you all.

Chinese New Year Celebrations

Hi! I ought to be sleeping right now, but apparently the longer you stay awake on cny-eve, the longer you'll live, so maybe then, I'll have a really long life (but for what and why, I don't know).

Anyway, photos from CNY!

See the rest of photos here.

Finally, wishing all of you:
新年快乐
恭喜发财
心想事成
事事顺利
most importantly, not forgetting,
学业进步 !

Happy (Ultra-belated) new Year to everybody!!!

Hi again everybody!

Hope everyone's had a fun (if even not restful) holiday! Risking sounding like Mr Ang, I shall welcome you all back to a bright new year. Good luck for all of you taking SATs in Jan! I don't really know all the juniors as yet, though I do know a couple of them. ;). I think they are great, to be more specific rather enthu, although not as horrifyingly so as 06A15, who are doing the kind of dance only the Science classes would think of doing. But our juniors are a nice bunch. I hope all of you will be good angels and write often to your mortals (or izzit supposed tob e the other way round, at least until JTS, when we'll reveal our angels/mortals to the juniors. I think JTS will be a good time. Which reminds me, we need to start planning for STJ. Do any of you have any suggestions as to where or when we can hold STJ? Preferably it should not be dragged to any time after the last day of CNY; hold it in early Feb or late Jan.

On a lighter note, I managed to google out these couple of online resources that would aid us in our study:-

1. Keynes, J.M. The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money. Cambridge: Harcourt, Brace & Co, 1936.

2. Chaucer, Geoffrey. The Canterbury Tales. (full original version) London?: c.1390-1400
(note: the text for Chaucer starts on page 26)

Well, tt's all in a nutshell, I guess. May all of you have a pleasant year ahead!!

Clement
